Chapters 25-27; some bad things for Durden

Tyler Durden aka. narrator finds out that he is perceived a modern legend. Everywhere he goes someone knows him and calls him sir. This is not good because he has DPD (disassociative psychological disorder) and the perception of him is good, but it should not be because he has two personalities and the one that he wants to win, no one will like or admire etc. (sometimes things and people are not what they seem to be) He comes to the realization that he (Tyler) was the one who blew up his own condo with everything he loved inside of it, because he knew how to make homemade bombs. He was the one who killed his boss by making an explosive inside a computer at his job. He felt terrible after realizing this and he wanted to get rid of the monster that he created. He went as himself to the original Fight Club that he started and tried to break it apart and the next day the men from the Club were coming after who they thought was Tyler and tried to cut of his testicles. Tyler told them that he would say" your making a big mistake" or that "he wasnt Tyler Durden." Tyler was really a lot smarter than the narrators original personality, because he knew everything that he would say and would dissuade his fight club guys to believe what Tyler and not the narrator said. I feel bad for him because he or Tyler has brought him so low he does not know what do but some how he ends up back in his condo with his testicles still in place and he needs to get rid or Tyler right away. Marla's perception of the narrator finally changes. They have a crazy argument in th cancer support group and now he is going to kill Tyler Durden. He fights everyone in the original Fight Club that he built and wants to die and get rid or Tyler. Everyone beats him to a bloody pulp. I feel soooooooo super bad for him. I can only imagine what other people are thinking when he does this. They must think he's crazy.

ok so just commenting on some of your terms like you asked. While DPD works, the official term for it is DID, dissociative Identity Disorder, formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder, and you have the right idea down, the idea that his explosive personality *the one that actually blew up the building* is fighting for control. often times the second personality can be completly unaware of the original, and so he might not have realized what he was blowing up was important. The problem with DID is, the two can lead completly different lives and in turn cause serious disruptions in the first. Like i know of this one with Fildea X i think that's how you spell it, but at one point the original was pregnant and couldn't figure out how, and suddenly the second one admitted to the therapist that is was her doing, but she wouldn't say who with. :)
